Please note that there are major changes to U9s cricket from the 2019 system to facilitate the transition of large numbers of boys & girls up from AllStars cricket.

Summary of changes/setup as follows:

• Following guidance from the ECB, U9s games will be scheduled as normal however the League will not compile results or produce tables.
• Games will be held on Friday evenings as normal 6.15pm start
• No pads/helmets required
• Pairs Format
• AllStars ball to be used
• Weaker/Inexperienced U11s may play
• Competitive 8-a-side pairs cup competition remains unchanged.
• More confident U9s likely to play for U11s as well

The Club's policy is that no child should be denied access to cricket for financial reasons. Any parents who are experiencing genuine difficulty in paying membership subs or match fees can write in complete confidence to the Club Secretary Rick How (Richard_how@btinternet.com) who can agree appropriate arrangements at his discretion.
