Sway I produced their best performance of the season to crush local rivals Brockenhurst to all but guarantee Div 2 indoor cricket next season. Sway were at last able to put out a strong side with featuring the formidable bowling of Jon Grasham, Terry Patch and George Thornton.

Sway won the toss and put Brock into bat and soon made a breakthrough when Jon Grasham claimed an early wicket. Sway kept up the pressure with Brock never really getting on top of the bowling. The star performer for Sway was paceman George Thornton who claimed 3 wickets, all bowled, for just 13 in his 3 overs. In the end Brock were restricted to just 95 off their 12 overs - nver likely to be enough unless Sway were bowled out.
